WLA Tenant Fitness Rating

In addition to the above, WLA will also provide a fitness rating as to the likelihood of tenant success. Developed with subject-matter expertise and validated in field tests, 17 rental, credit, and financial characteristics are combined to determine the final rating:

A = Top Rating...600+; B = Above Average... 500-599; C = Average... 400-499
D = Below Average... 300-399; F = Lowest Rating... less than 300.

All reports are processed and guaranteed to be reported back to you the same day if received before 3:00pm (Mon-Sat). All screens requested after hours will be processed and sent back the following business morning.
